The Client identified a growing need for a versatile mobile application that could provide users with instant access to a vast array of educational materials.
The project required a sophisticated solution that could manage real-time data processing, AI-driven content recommendations, and offline capabilities, all while maintaining a user-friendly interface. Additionally, the app had to support a large and diverse library of educational content across multiple subjects and expertise levels.

Our team started with a Discovery phase, laying the foundation for a successful project. During this stage, we collaborated closely with the Client to understand their vision, objectives, and the specific needs of their target audience. This phase involved several key activities.

Our team performed extensive market research to understand current trends in EdTech, analyse competitor products, and identify gaps in existing solutions.
User persona development
Based on the information gathered from stakeholder interviews and market research, we developed detailed user personas representing the different types of users the app would serve. These personas guided our design and development decisions, ensuring that the app would meet the needs of all its users effectively.
Defining project scope
We defined the project scope, including the essential features and functionalities required for the app. On top of it, we prioritised features that would deliver the most value to users while staying within the client’s budget and timeline.

The Result
